About the Role
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our operations team handling Singapore Customs and TradeNet permit declarations.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter shipment and invoice details accurately into the system.
- Check commercial invoices, packing lists, AWB/HAWB and related shipping documents.
- Assist with Singapore Customs permit declarations and HS code verification.
- Perform document checking and quality control before submission.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve document discrepancies.
- Maintain trackers, records and daily operational reports.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
- Experience in data entry, logistics, freight forwarding or customs documentation is an advantage.
