Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, dispatch activities, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should have 5–13 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise loading, unloading, storage, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse staff productivity and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, security, and discipline.
- Monitor vehicle movements,



shipment documentation, and delivery records.
- Prepare daily operational reports and resolve warehouse-related issues.
- Minimize damages, losses, and operational expenses.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–13 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch procedures.
- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage warehouse staff and meet operational targets.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse reporting systems is preferred.
