Location: Andhra Pradesh (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA after successful completion of the initial training/probation period

1. About the Role

DIYguru Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and technically proficient EV Trainer to deliver classroom-based and hands-on practical training in Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical experience with EV systems, and excellent communication skills to prepare students and professionals for successful careers in the electric mobility industry.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on Electric Vehicle technologies.
- Conduct hands-on sessions covering EV components, batteries, motors, controllers, charging systems, diagnostics, and servicing.
- Prepare lesson plans, training presentations, assessments, and practical assignments.
- Demonstrate safe handling, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV components.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and EV safety practices during practical sessions.
- Evaluate trainees through theoretical examinations and practical assessments.
- Mentor learners in technical interview preparation and industry readiness.
- Maintain training laboratories, tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to achieve training and placement outcomes.

3. Core Technical Knowledge

Electric Vehicle Fundamentals

- EV architecture, vehicle systems, electric powertrain, drivetrain, and types of electric vehicles.
- EV operating principles and safety standards.

Battery Technology

- Lithium-ion battery technologies, including LFP and NMC.
- Battery pack architecture, Battery Management System (BMS), and cell balancing.
- Battery testing, inspection,



maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Motors and Controllers

- BLDC, PMSM, and induction motors.
- Motor controllers, configuration basics, integration, and diagnostics.
- Motor and controller performance testing.

Electrical and Electronics

- Wiring harnesses, electrical schematics, and electrical connections.
- DC-DC converters, onboard chargers, relays, contactors, fuses, and connectors.
- Multimeter usage and electrical testing procedures.

EV Service and Diagnostics

- Preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
- Component inspection and replacement.
- Diagnostic tools, service procedures, and basic CAN communication concepts.

Charging Technology

- AC and DC charging systems.
- Charging standards, connectors, and charging station operations.
- Charging safety and fault diagnosis.

Practical Workshop Skills

- Battery pack inspection and servicing.
- Motor and controller installation.
- Wiring, electrical connections, and component testing.
- Vehicle inspection, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on work with electric two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

4. Required Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in EV service, manufacturing, technical training, or the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in technical training or teaching will be an added advantage.




- Strong practical understanding of EV components, systems, and troubleshooting procedures.

5. Language Requirements

- English – Mandatory
- Hindi – Mandatory
- Telugu – Mandatory

The candidate must be comfortable delivering technical training and communicating with learners in all three languages.

6. Key Skills

- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
- Practical workshop and laboratory management skills.
- Documentation, reporting, and assessment skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing technical talent.

7. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience with electric two-wheelers and/or four-wheelers.
- Experience conducting practical training in workshops, laboratories, or training centres.
- Ability to explain EV concepts through demonstrations and practical exercises.
- Strong learner engagement and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to travel within Andhra Pradesh, as required.
