Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Ophthalmologist to provide comprehensive eye care services at a reputed ophthalmology healthcare facility in Varanasi. The ideal candidate should have expertise in diagnosing and managing common ophthalmic conditions and delivering quality clinical care through outpatient consultations and surgical support services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive ophthalmic consultations and patient care services.
- Diagnose and manage various eye disorders including cataract, glaucoma, refractive errors, and other ocular conditions.
- Perform routine eye examinations, vision assessments, and ophthalmic evaluations.




- Manage OPD consultations and provide appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform minor ophthalmic procedures and assist in surgical interventions as required.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluation of ophthalmic surgery patients.
- Provide patient counselling regarding eye health, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with ophthalmic surgeons, optometrists, and healthcare teams for effective patient management.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong clinical knowledge in General Ophthalmology.
- Ability to independently manage ophthalmic OPD cases.
- Good diagnostic and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to providing quality, patient-centric eye care.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
