MTs join us as Assistant Managers and are inducted with the objective of nurturing and grooming them to be Future Leaders. We at Maruti Suzuki ensure that our MTs get the necessary inputs in terms of Business Knowledge, Managerial Development, cross functional experience and in depth functional exposure in order to develop domain expertise & equip them to perform their roles and lay the foundation for their growth. MTs undergo induction training after which they join their respective business verticals.

Please note that the below ELIGIBILITY criteria need to be met for a candidate to apply for any of the above role:
The candidate should maintain a minimum percentage of 65 or equivalent CGPA (no rounding off marks is allowed for eg. 64.7 is not equivalent to 65) through his/her education qualification with no pending backlogs. However, the candidate can have a percentage of 60 or equivalent CGPA in MBA.
The candidate should not have critical vision related problems and should maintain a BMI of normal range from 18 to 30.
The candidate should arrange the following documents at the time of joining – Driving License, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Passport
Only FULL time and regular education (10th/12th/Diploma/Bachelors/Masters) is acceptable.
Candidates pursuing Dual- Degree in their post-graduation are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply.
Students with pending back papers are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the selection process.
Students having Pre-MBA work experience of more than 35 months, are NOT ELIGIBLE
