- Manage day-to-day operations of the car workshop.
- Supervise and guide technicians, mechanics, and support staff.
- Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance of cars.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.
- Handle job cards, work allocation, and monitor progress.
- Maintain spare parts stock and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Ensure workshop equipment and tools are in good condition.
- Implement and maintain safety & quality standards.
- Interact with customers, understand issues, and resolve complaints effectively.
- Prepare reports on workshop performance, productivity, and revenue.
- Train and upskill workshop staff on new technologies and repair methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
