Healthcare Patient Acquisition Specialist / Hospital PRO

Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month + ₹2,000 performance incentive + lifetime commission on patient appointments.

About Us

Noraya is a doctor appointment platform. Patients can use Noraya to find doctors and request appointments.

We already have doctors onboarded in Bareilly and are now looking for an experienced professional who can help us bring genuine new patients to the platform.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience bringing patients for hospitals, clinics or healthcare providers.

This could include experience as a:

- Healthcare PRO
- Hospital Marketing Executive
- Patient Acquisition Executive
- Healthcare Business Development Executive
- Patient Referral / Outreach Executive
- Hospital Business Development professional

This is not a general field-promotion or digital marketing role.

We are specifically looking for someone who already understands how patient acquisition works in the local healthcare market.

Required experience

- Previous experience working with a hospital, clinic or healthcare provider to acquire new patients and generate appointments.
- A strong understanding of where patients come from and how to reach them locally.
- Experience developing or using patient referral networks, local relationships,



community connections or other proven patient-acquisition channels.
- Ability to explain which methods have worked for you, why they worked and how you personally contributed.
- Ability to demonstrate real results, such as patient enquiries, OPD appointments or new patients generated.
- Good knowledge of the Bareilly healthcare market and local area is strongly preferred.
- Must be comfortable working independently and developing new patient-acquisition opportunities.
