Visa Counselor / Visa Filing Officer – Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Visa Counselor / Visa Filing Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients regarding study, visitor, tourist, spouse, and PR visa options, along with handling visa documentation and application filing processes.

Responsibilities:

- Counsel clients for international study and tourist visa options
- Guide students and visitors regarding visa requirements and eligibility
- Handle documentation and visa file preparation
- Submit and track visa applications
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and immigration portals
- Maintain proper client records and follow-ups
- Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

- Good communication and counseling skills




- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Experience in visa filing or immigration industry preferred
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Knowledge of study visas, visitor visas, and SOP documentation is an advantage
