Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer with solid research, writing, and editing skills. The role involves reviewing scholarly literature, developing technical and educational content, and supporting researchers with manuscript editing, documentation, referencing, and formatting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research academic and technical topics using scholarly databases, journals, and credible sources.
- Review and synthesise published literature to support research projects.
- Develop technical articles, educational resources, website content, and research summaries.
- Edit and proofread researcher-provided manuscripts, literature reviews, and thesis documentation.
- Improve content structure, clarity, grammar, readability, and consistency.
- Verify references and apply appropriate citations and attribution.
- Format documents according to APA, IEEE, MLA, Harvard, and journal-specific guidelines.
- Collaborate with researchers and subject experts to ensure technical accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow academic integrity standards.
- Manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills:





- Excellent written English and good verbal communication.
- Strong academic and technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of research methodology and scholarly literature.
- Familiarity with citation styles and reference management tools.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Word, including document formatting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Candidates from any discipline with suitable writing skills and subject knowledge may apply.
- Experience in academic editing, research support, technical documentation, or publication support is preferred.
