We are seeking a diligent and experienced Stores Executive to manage and optimize our warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, and be responsible for the end-to-end management of all store activities—from receiving and storage to dispatch and inventory control. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure operational efficiency, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the seamless flow of goods within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, including the receipt, inspection, and accurate storage of all incoming materials and goods.
- Ensure timely and correct dispatch of products according to sales orders and internal requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Accurately record all stock movements (inward, outward, and returns) using the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols within the store to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, movements, and store performance to management.
- Supervise and guide store staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any field; a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-4 years of proven experience in a stores, warehouse, or inventory management role.
- Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Robust sense of accountability and integrity.
