Job Description

ESPI Eduvoyage Limited is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Student Visa Counsellor to guide students through the overseas student visa application process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, assisting with visa documentation, reviewing applications, and coordinating with students and internal teams to ensure timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding overseas student visa procedures, eligibility, documentation, and application requirements.
- Provide guidance on study destinations, visa requirements, financial documentation, and application timelines.
- Assist students in preparing and verifying visa application documents.
- Review application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Guide students regarding financial statements, sponsorship documents, and other supporting evidence.
- Assist with visa appointments, biometrics, and interview preparation wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with students and internal teams to ensure timely submission of applications.
- Follow up with students for pending documents and application updates.
- Maintain accurate records of student profiles, visa applications, and documentation.




- Stay updated on student visa requirements and immigration policy changes for various countries.
- Respond to student queries professionally and provide regular updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and documents.
- Perform other visa counselling and related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in student visa counselling, visa processing, or overseas education is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong communication skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of student visa processes for the UK, Canada, Australia, the USA, or other study destinations will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Good documentation, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
