About Hotel Bosquet

Hotel Bosquet is looking for a responsible, well-organised, and guest-focused Operations Executive to support the daily operations of our hotel, restaurant, and guest services.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, a professional attitude, and the ability to coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle guest enquiries, check-in, check-out, and reservation coordination.
- Assist guests with room-related requests and provide professional customer service.
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and guest communications.
- Maintain guest registers, booking records, and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, kitchen, and management teams.
- Monitor room readiness and communicate room status to the concerned staff.
- Assist with billing, payment records, and basic computer-based tasks.
- Help resolve guest complaints politely and promptly.
- Ensure proper handover of information between shifts.
- Follow hotel policies, service standards, and management instructions.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.




- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Polite, presentable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to handle guests professionally and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, reception, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with suitable skills may also apply.
