Job Summary

We are building one of the world’s biggest AI × Business personal brands. With 1.5M+ Instagram followers and 500K+ Facebook followers, we are scaling to millions more across YouTube and global platforms. We seek an exceptional content strategist and distribution leader to drive this growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Lead YouTube growth, show development, and content packaging.
- Create viral short‑form content (Reels, Shorts) and optimize for engagement.
- Build cross‑platform distribution systems and expand international reach.
- Manage content operations, workflows, and creative teams.




- Track analytics, optimize performance, and scale winning formats.

Requirements

- 4+ years in content strategy, creator growth, or digital media.
- Proven success scaling creators, founders, or media properties.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram and YouTube algorithms.
- Expertise in storytelling, hooks, and creative direction.
- Experience managing editors, production teams, or content operations.
- Excellent English communication and analytical skills.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
