WAREHOUSE & DISPATCH EXECUTIVE

Job Location: Kanchad, Maharashtra

Position Summary

The Warehouse & Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities and dispatch operations across the assigned day or night shift, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, protected material handling and effective team utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

· Warehouse Operations: Manage receiving, storage, picking and shipping activities during the assigned shift. Optimise floor space and ensure smooth material flow, FIFO and traceability.

· Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure goods are stored in the correct locations and quantities, with clear area demarcation.

· Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate with Head Office, production, packing, transport companies and drivers to ensure vehicle availability, efficient routing, dispatch scheduling and resolution of dispatch issues.

· Staff Management: Manage workforce availability and utilisation as per business requirements. Supervise, coach, train and motivate warehouse and dispatch teams.

· Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety and security regulations, company policies and transportation rules.

· Records & Traceability: Maintain shipment,



inventory and performance records. Verify daily stock levels, complete incoming and dispatch check sheets, arrange sample approvals from QA and Head Office for each batch received, and maintain batch-level traceability.

· Equipment & Maintenance: Ensure warehouse equipment, including forklifts and stackers, is used safely and maintained on time.

· Reporting: Analyse logistics performance and costs, prepare management reports, monitor team KPIs and report raw material and finished-goods stock levels daily.

Qualifications & Skills

· Experience: Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory, dispatch scheduling and logistics coordination.

· Team Management: Ability to supervise warehouse and dispatch teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

· Operational Skills: Understanding of FIFO, stock accuracy, material traceability, safe equipment use and dispatch documentation.
