- Strong hands-on specialty coffee experience: espresso, milk, manual brewing and sensory evaluation. Recognised certification such as the SCA Barista Skills pathway is valued, but proven experience is accepted in its place.
- Solid specialty coffee craft: espresso, milk, brew and sensory.
- Proven experience training or leading barista teams in a café, roastery, hotel or coffee chain.
- Proven experience training or leading barista teams.
- Ability to demonstrate every technique at a high standard, and to explain the reasoning behind it.
- Fluent in Hindi and English, with the ability to teach confidently in both.
- Comfortable presenting to staff, managers and corporate or hospitality clients.Working Conditions
- Based at Jaipur HQ,
with frequent movement between outlets and the roastery.
- Travel is required for new-city launches, partner sites and corporate training engagements.
- Schedule will follow outlet operations and training calendars, including early starts, evenings and weekends when needed.
- Physically active, on-floor work, with time on the bar demonstrating and assessing.
