WeBreak Global is looking for a creative, experienced, and results-driven SMO Manager to manage social media strategies, improve brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive business growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan content calendars, posts, reels, and campaigns.
- Optimize social media profiles for visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators.
- Manage multiple client social media accounts.
- Monitor analytics, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience behaviour.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or SMO.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and trends.
- Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and planning skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
