Job Description
Sysgo LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our growing development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs.
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
- Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
- Maintain testing documentation and bug reports.
- Ensure software quality before deployment.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC.
- Knowledge of manual testing and bug reporting.
- Basic understanding of API testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools is an advantage.
Salary and Probation Conditions
- Salary Range: ₹9,000–₹22,000 per month.
- Mandatory Probation Period: 3 months.
- During the probation period, only a monthly stipend will be provided.
- The exact probation stipend will be communicated before joining.
- Following successful completion of probation, salary will be determined based on performance evaluation and agreed employment terms.
- Applicable statutory entitlements will be provided as required by law.
