About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw data into explicit insights that guide business decisions. You’ll work with teams across the company to answer important questions, build dashboards and reports, and help us understand what’s working and what isn’t.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Partner with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to define metrics and KPIs
- Design and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to measure the impact of initiatives
- Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear visuals and storytelling
- Document data definitions, processes, and methodologies
- Help identify and resolve data quality issues, working with data engineering where needed

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL




- Experience with a BI/visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Solid understanding of descriptive statistics and data analysis techniques
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings simply
- Attention to detail and a curiosity about the “why” behind the numbers

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Python or R for analysis and automation (pandas, NumPy, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Knowledge of hypothesis testing, regression, or basic predictive modeling
- Experience with ETL tools or version control (Git)
- Domain experience in [industry, e.g., e-commerce, fintech, healthcare]

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
