Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – HoReCa to develop and manage sales in the hotel, restaurant, café, catering, and hospitality segments in Lucknow. The ideal candidate must have a strong hospitality industry background, proven sales experience, and the ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage sales across hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and other HoReCa customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to drive sales growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales plans, customer visit reports, and periodic sales performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain healthy business relationships.




- Expand the company's market presence and customer base in Lucknow and surrounding areas.

Eligibility Criteria

- Hospitality industry background is mandatory.
- Previous experience in HoReCa sales, hotel supplies, food and beverage, or hospitality-related sales is required.
- Strong knowledge of hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel within the assigned territory, and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting is preferred.

- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000, depending on experience and skills.
