Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the complete Accounts Department. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, proven team leadership experience, and the ability to ensure timely accounting closures, effective financial controls, and strict monitoring of dealer credit and outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Team.
- Review pending accounting entries, reconciliations, and other outstanding accounting work, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely closure of pending entries.
- Monitor dealer outstanding balances, credit limits, and payment ageing.
- Review, control, and approve dealer credit in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure that additional credit is not extended to dealers with overdue or excessive outstanding balances without proper authorization.
- Prepare and share regular reports on dealer outstanding, ageing, credit exposure, and recovery status with management.
- Coordinate with sales teams and management to follow up on dealer payments and improve credit recovery.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance,



and financial discipline within the Accounts Department.
- Identify accounting inefficiencies, reduce work pendency, and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Lead, guide, and monitor team performance to ensure accountability and accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Professional qualification: CA Final / CS / ICWA.
- Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance role.
- Mandatory: Previous experience as a Senior Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, credit control, and outstanding management.
- Experience in dealer credit monitoring and payment recovery.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, accounts, and management teams.
