We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Tele sales to manage a team of sales advisors, drive sales and collection targets, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in telemarketing/tele sales.
- Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Positive team management, organizational, and reporting skills.
