- Handle flight bookings using GDS platforms such as Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre.
- Manage ticket rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, and reissuance.
- Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for special fares and group bookings.
- Assist clients with travel-related queries and provide professional guidance.
- Maintain accurate booking records and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with GDS platforms such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
- Knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Positive communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Prior experience in travel agency ticketing will be preferred.
