Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support nutraceutical formulation verification, raw material sourcing, supplier assessment, and cross-functional project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a nutraceutical or pharmaceutical background, an understanding of procurement processes, and strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate product development activities and keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

Formulation Verification & Documentation

- Review nutraceutical formulations, ingredient compositions, dosage specifications, and product requirements for accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in verifying ingredient quantities, specifications, and suitability against formulation requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve formulation queries.
- Maintain accurate formulation records and technical documentation.

Raw Material Sourcing & Procurement

- Identify and source raw materials, active ingredients, vitamins, minerals, excipients, and other nutraceutical ingredients.
- Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs), compare supplier quotations, and support price negotiations.
- Research alternative suppliers and ingredients based on quality, specifications, availability, lead times, and cost.
- Coordinate supplier follow-ups, purchase documentation, and procurement activities.

Supplier Assessment & Quality Documentation

- Support supplier evaluation based on quality, pricing, reliability, and documentation.
- Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs), technical data sheets, raw material specifications, and relevant quality documents.
- Collect and maintain supplier certifications and documentation, including GMP records where applicable.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with QA or Regulatory Affairs for further review.

Project Coordination & Communication





- Coordinate activities across R&D;, formulation, procurement, QA, regulatory, production, and other relevant departments.
- Track project timelines, milestones, pending activities, and deliverables.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve delays and keep projects moving.
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and outstanding requirements clearly and proactively.
- Support smooth coordination from formulation review and raw material sourcing through subsequent product development stages.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, formulation support, procurement, or raw material sourcing.
- Working knowledge of RFQs, COAs, supplier assessment, and raw material specifications.
- Basic understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and formulation composition.
- Solid project coordination, follow-up, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheet-based tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with North American nutraceutical companies, clients, or suppliers.
- Familiarity with North American client expectations, quality documentation, and product development workflows.
- Exposure to GMP requirements, supplier qualification, and regulatory documentation.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Note: North American experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹336,000.00 - ₹519,000.00 per year
