Job Title: Malayalam Voice Process

Job Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore

Work Mode: Onsite ( Work from office)

Working days: 6 days with rotational week off

Salary: 13000 to 18000 + Bonus

Interview: Online or direct walk-in

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for Malayalam-speaking customers, managing all voice communications professionally and efficiently.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, promote products, or gather feedback as required.

Required Skill Set:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam to effectively interact with customers.
- Solid ability to empathize with customers, handle complaints patiently, and provide prompt solutions.
- Ability to convey information clearly,



politely, and professionally over voice calls.
- Comfortable and confident in making outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or feedback collection.
- Skilled in managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality service

Preference :

- Willing to relocate to the job location
- Fluency in Malayalam Language
