1. Job Responsibilities

- Take accurate measurements of various mechanical components, machinery parts, and equipment at customer sites.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD operations, including reading, preparing, and modifying mechanical drawings.
- Carry out installation and alignment of components in vertical and horizontal mills used in thermal power, cement, and mining industries.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, equipment layouts, and technical specifications.
- Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, leveling, alignment, and installation of machinery and components.
- Conduct site inspections and assess installation requirements, tools, equipment, and manpower.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, site engineers, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth installation.
- Identify installation-related technical issues and coordinate with the concerned team for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Ensure installation activities are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
- Prepare and maintain installation reports, measurement records, daily progress reports, and site documentation.
- Support commissioning, trial runs, and performance checks of installed equipment, wherever required.
- Ensure proper use of tools, measuring instruments, and personal protective equipment (PPE) at customer sites.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide technical support during installation activities.
- Be willing to travel extensively,



approximately 20–25 days per month, to customer locations across India.

2. Required Technical Skills

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and mechanical engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of mechanical measurement tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and other precision instruments.
- Understanding of machinery installation, alignment, fitting, and assembly procedures.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tolerances, clearances, leveling, and dimensional inspection.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and execute installation work independently.
- Good troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for preparing reports and maintaining installation records.

3. Desired Candidate Profile

- Practical experience in mechanical installation, maintenance, fitting, or site execution.
- Experience in cement plants, thermal power plants, mining operations, heavy engineering, or industrial machinery installation will be preferred.
- Should be physically fit for site work and comfortable working in industrial environments.
- Must be adaptable to travel extensively and work at customer sites as per project requirements.
- Should possess good communication, discipline, teamwork, and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates with experience in vertical mills, horizontal mills, grinding mills, or similar heavy machinery will be preferred.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of installation activities as per the project schedule.
- Accuracy of measurements, fitting, and machinery alignment.
- Quality and safety compliance during installation.
- Reduction in installation errors and rework.
- Timely submission of site reports and documentation.
- Customer satisfaction and effective resolution of site issues.

Recruitment Priority: Candidates with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, mechanical measurements, and installation of industrial machinery in cement, thermal power, or mining plants.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
