Role Description The Accounts Payable Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role oversees the end-to-end accounts payable function, including processing vendor invoices, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring timely payments.

The Accounts Payable

Manager will manage reconciliations, review journal entries and accruals, monitor aging reports, and resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and external vendors. The role also involves implementing controls,



optimizing payable processes, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and preparing reports for finance leadership. The manager will supervise the accounts payable team, ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- - Strong accounting foundations, including Accounting, Journal Entries (Accounting), and Accruals.
- Solid Finance and cash flow management skills relevant to accounts payable operations.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify variances, and improve processes.
- Experience managing accounts payable in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in numerical work, and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to lead and mentor a small finance team and collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) are an advantage.
