Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Technical Consultant with at least 5 years of hands-on technical implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), ORMB customization, application integrations, database performance optimization, and production support.

The selected candidate will work with technical and functional teams to develop, maintain, and support ORMB applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ORMB components, including Batch Programs, Algorithms, Business Services, UI Maps, Zones, and Portals.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP web services, Inbound Web Services (IWS), and Outbound Messages.
- Work with 4GL, Service Scripts, BPA scripts, and Java-based customizations.
- Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, including batch job failures and application defects.
- Support testing activities, including defect resolution, smoke testing, UAT,



and cutover activities.
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable ORMB solutions.
- Perform application debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
- Solid understanding of ORMB architecture and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Practical experience with Batch Programs, Algorithms, Business Services, UI Maps, and Zones.
- Programming experience in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and OUAF scripting technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience developing and testing REST and SOAP web services using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Experience in application customization, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Billing and Payments
- Transaction Feed Management (TFM)
- Pricing and Rates
- General Ledger (GL)

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
