Job Summary

Devi Polymers is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily SMC/DMC compounding operations, lead shop-floor teams, and achieve production targets without compromising quality, safety, or efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise SMC/DMC compounding operations.
- Allocate tasks and train production operators.
- Maintain product quality, PPE compliance, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate machinery inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain production, quality, and audit records.
- Monitor production output, rejection rates, and KPIs.

Requirements





- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Polymer, Chemical Technology, Plastics, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of manufacturing experience, including 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in FRP, composite, or SMC/DMC compound manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of resins, chemicals, reinforcements, and processing machinery.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
