- Policy formulations and SOP development
- Own day-to-day operations (Applications review, sanction, disbursement and post disbursement document management)
- Manage operations related to associated Partners
- LOS configuration, UAT, go-live support
- Co-ordination with Insurance provider
- MIS Management & product dashboard preparation
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships through regular engagement and effective communication
- Experience handling loan sanctions, KYC checks, Bureau checks and loan documentation
- Exposure to operating LOS and LMS systems
- Advance Excel, Word, PPT
- Exposure to work in digital environment is must
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
