Job Summary
ISOL is looking for enthusiastic and motivated B.Tech freshers in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for the position of Technical Sales Engineer. The candidate should have a basic understanding of machines and technical products, along with good communication skills and an interest in sales and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and customer visits.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical products or machine solutions.
- Learn about machine operations, technical specifications, and product applications.
- Explain product features, benefits, and technical details to customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to address customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain good client relationships.
- Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations as required.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems and industrial machines.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.
