Rathi Buildmart is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and customer-focused candidates to join our Interior Division. We are seeking individuals who can understand customer requirements, suggest suitable interior solutions, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities

- Attend customers and understand their interior design and material requirements.
- Explain and promote interior products such as plywood, veneer, laminates, wall panelling, wooden flooring, hardware fittings, exterior louvers, and VOX panels.
- Suggest suitable materials, designs, finishes, and product combinations according to customer preferences and budget.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with customers to convert inquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners.
- Conduct site visits when required to understand project requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and follow up on pending orders and payments.
- Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain solid customer relationships.




- Keep product displays organized and ensure the interior showroom is well maintained.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of interior materials, designs, finishes, and applications will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in interior products, plywood, laminates, hardware, or building materials will be an added advantage.
