Manage end-to-end import documentation, including LC, Bill of Entry, invoices, packing lists, and related documents. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other relevant stakeholders. Verify supplier invoices, prepare and maintain cost sheets, and monitor cost variances. Knowledge of EDPMS & IDPMS settlement Post relevant entries in the ERP system and reconcile inventory/stock records. Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and maintain complete, audit-ready documentation. Support import-related accounting and reconciliation activities. Track Shipments and restocking
Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience in import documentation and related accounting activities. Positive understanding of LC operations, customs clearance procedures, and tariff structures. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and effective communication.
