About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive student enrolments, and achieve revenue targets across enCODE's courses, certifications, masterclasses, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor inside sales executives to improve productivity and conversions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead follow-ups, counselling, objection handling, and enrolment closures.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team targets through CRM and sales dashboards.
- Build effective lead management processes and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and sales outcomes.
- Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in EdTech or education.
- At least 1–2 years of team management or leadership experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving conversions.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.

- Monthly revenue and enrolment targets.
- Lead-to-enrolment conversion rate.
- Team productivity and target achievement.
- Follow-up efficiency and pipeline management.
