We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented TeleSales Executives to join our remote sales team.

Job Overview

As a TeleSales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers, understand their needs, explain our products, and convert leads into successful sales.

The company will provide leads. You do not need to find or generate customers yourself.

This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity where your earnings depend on your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact company-provided leads through outbound calls and convert them into paying customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Smotect Azaadi products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer questions and sales objections confidently.
- Follow up with interested customers to improve conversion rates.
- Assist customers throughout the order-booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead statuses,



follow-ups, and sales.
- Work towards achieving sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers.

Work Structure & Availability

- 100% Work From Home: No office attendance required.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST).
- Online Availability: Candidates must remain available online during their scheduled working hours.
- Lead Allocation: New leads will be assigned only while the executive is online and available.
- Company-Provided Leads: No independent lead generation or cold prospecting required.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer conversion is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently in Hindi and/or English.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Comfortable handling objections, following up with customers, and closing sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use online calling and lead-management tools.
- Must own a personal laptop and have a stable, reliable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.




- Willingness to work in a 100% commission-based role.

Compensation & Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed monthly salary.

- Earn commission on every qualifying successful sale.
- Commission will be payable only on orders that have been successfully delivered and paid for.
- Earnings depend on individual sales performance and successful conversions.
- The applicable commission rate and payment schedule will be communicated during the selection process.
