Job Description: Lead Agent Developer

Title: Agentic Lead Location: Pune

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated candidate who will leverage expertise in Agentic AI (ADK), advanced data engineering, and predictive analytics to build robust, automated pipelines that drive business intelligence.





This role requires a strong full-stack perspective, combining deep knowledge of Python, GCP/AWS cloud architectures, and modern MLOps principles to deliver highly scalable and auditable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build Agentic AI systems(using ADK/Generative AI) for advanced business automation.

- Develop intelligent APIs/endpoints and Agents for automated decision-making and real-time anomaly detection.

- Architect and optimize high-volume, low-latency ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Airflow, and Cloud Run/Glue on GCP and AWS.

- Manage and optimize large-scale data warehouses, specifically BigQuery, for performance reporting.

- Ensure data integrity and enforce robust data modeling and governance standards.

- Write production-grade code using Python

- Lead the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) from requirement to deployment.

- Integrate systems with diverse third-party APIs (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ads) to create a unified data view (Customer 360).

- Understand the CICD process for rapid and reliable deployments

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, data engineering, or advanced analytics, with significant time spent in cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
- AI/Generative AI: Proven experience designing or contributing to Agentic AI projects using Agent Development Kits (ADK), Google Generative AI, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Programming & Data: Expert proficiency in Python and advanced SQL development. Solid experience with Pandas and modern data technologies.
- Cloud & ETL: Deep expertise in GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions)
- Databases: Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
- DevOps: Practical experience with Docker and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
