Job Description
We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team. The main responsibility is to visit different areas in Bengaluru, find properties available for sale or rent, take photos and videos, and share them with our team. The role also involves meeting property owners and collecting basic details about their properties.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned areas in Bengaluru and find properties available for sale or rent.
- Take photos and videos of houses, apartments, plots, and commercial properties.
- Contact property owners and collect basic information about their properties.
- Note down property details such as location, price,
size, rent, and owner contact number.
- Share the property photos and details with our team.
- Check with owners to confirm whether the properties are still available.
- Keep the team updated on daily field activities.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone to take and share photos.
- Kannada-speaking ability is preferred.
- Two-wheeler preferred for travelling to assigned locations.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary & Advantages
- Salary between ₹20,000 and ₹40,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
