JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Assist in the onsite execution of Civil and interior work as per drawings shared.

2. Supervise the site activities and report to the Site in charge.

3. Must be able to read drawings and check the works executed in site

4. Maintain relevant Work Awareness check sheets for each stage of work.

5. Update and maintain project documentation including drawings, reports and progress updates.

6. Coordinate activities with Contractors, Purchase department and other agencies to ensure the timely completion of the project.

7. Assist the Quantity Surveyor in taking actual measurement of work done by contractors and provide the data to the Site in charge.

8. Maintaining all required site documents

9. To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any

10.



Provide Daily Progress Report & Finishing work snag list.

11. To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to

12. Ensure proper implementation of construction plans, specifications, and drawings.

13. To prepare MIS on monthly basis, monthly consumption reports, daily progress report, etc

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- Site Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (Preferred)
