Job Responsibilities:
- Develop sales of Amrit Ganga Sat Isabgol through medical stores, chemists and pharmacy retailers.
- Appoint and develop distributors and stockists.
- Generate current business, achieve sales targets and ensure repeat orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
- Manage regular market visits, order booking and retailer complaints.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Develop an effective distribution and supply chain network.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and product availability.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales with an OTC/pharma/consumer healthcare brand.
- Experience in handling medical stores, chemists and distributors.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with good market development and payment recovery capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Jaipur pharma retail market preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Rajasthan.
Territory: Jaipur initially, followed by expansion across Rajasthan after successful market development.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
