The Team Member – F&B; Service role is a full-time, in office position based in Thrissur at Rae by Tamara, Guruvayur. The role involves welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, presenting menus, and explaining specials or recommendations. Daily tasks include taking orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen team, serving food and beverages, and ensuring tables are properly set and maintained throughout service. The team member will handle billing, process payments, respond to guest inquiries, and address any concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, following hygiene and safety standards, supporting opening and closing duties, and assisting colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Pay: From ₹294,000.00 per year
