Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent within the IT industry. Day-to-day tasks include conducting job interviews, screening resumes, posting job advertisements, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, and negotiating job offers.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
