Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors during consultations and procedures, and ensure smooth clinical operations while maintaining hygiene and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and assistance to patients before, during, and after medical procedures.
- Assist doctors during consultations, minor procedures, and surgical interventions as required.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, medical history, and treatment progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Prepare and maintain the treatment room, instruments, and medical equipment.
- Ensure proper sterilisation, infection control, and biomedical waste management.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and clinical documentation.
- Educate patients regarding pre-procedure and post-procedure care.
- Coordinate with doctors, front desk staff, and other clinical team members.
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols,



nursing standards, and patient safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with Registration.
- Experience: 1–3 years; freshers with relevant clinical knowledge may apply.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Basic knowledge of patient care, infection control, and clinical procedures.
- Good communication skills and a patient-friendly approach.
- Ability to work in a team and manage clinical responsibilities efficiently.
