Housekeeping & Hygiene

- Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness across all hospital areas.
- Monitor cleaning schedules, washroom hygiene, pest control, and deep-cleaning activities.
- Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal practices in coordination with the Infection Control team.

2. Facility & Maintenance Management

- Monitor building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and other facility-related requirements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

3. Staff & Vendor Management

- Supervise housekeeping and other assigned support staff.
- Monitor attendance, duty allocation, grooming, discipline, and work performance.
- Coordinate with outsourced manpower agencies and service providers.

4. NABH & Safety Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable NABH requirements related to facility management, housekeeping, and safety.
- Maintain records, checklists, logbooks, and reports required for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate facility rounds, identify non-compliances, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Support fire safety drills, emergency preparedness, and other hospital safety activities.

5. Inventory & Documentation

- Monitor housekeeping supplies,



consumables, and other assigned inventory.
- Maintain stock records, issue registers, checklists, and departmental documentation.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources and avoid unnecessary wastage.

6. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with Nursing, Infection Control, Administration, and other departments.
- Attend to facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Submit regular reports to hospital management.

Required Candidate Profile

- 48 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Practical knowledge of hospital housekeeping, facility operations, and maintenance coordination.
- Familiarity with NABH requirements, infection prevention, biomedical waste management, and hospital safety.
- Positive leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise staff, maintain documentation, and handle audit requirements independently.

Preferred Experience: Candidates currently working as Hospital Facility In charge, Facility Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Hospital Administration Executive, or Facility Supervisor in a hospital are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
