Job Overview

Shaurya Infosoft is looking for confident, energetic, and camera-friendly individuals to join our team as Live Chat Hosts & Content Creators. This is a remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy creating engaging video content, communicating with audiences, and presenting platform features on camera.

The selected candidates will create short-form videos, record promotional content in Hindi and Hinglish, and participate in live or interactive sessions when required. Candidates should be comfortable following scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging, and conversational presentation style.

Freshers with valuable communication skills and an interest in content creation are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging short-form videos for digital and social media platforms.
- Present and demonstrate platform features naturally and confidently on camera.
- Record promotional videos in Hindi and Hinglish.
- Participate in live chat sessions and interactive content activities when required.
- Follow provided scripts, briefs, and content guidelines while maintaining a natural delivery.
- Develop multiple video variations, opening hooks, and presentation styles.
- Coordinate with the content team to meet deadlines and content requirements.
- Work towards predefined content quality standards and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and Hinglish.
- Confidence and comfort in front of the camera.
- Clear pronunciation and an engaging speaking style.
- Energetic, expressive,



and presentable personality.
- Access to a smartphone with a good-quality camera.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for recording videos.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve content delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage but is not mandatory:

- Content creation and social media videos
- Live hosting or live streaming
- Video presenting, anchoring, or promotional hosting
- User-generated content (UGC)
- Influencer marketing or brand promotions
- Voice-over or on-camera communication

Compensation and Incentives

The compensation structure includes fixed pay (5K INR) plus performance-based incentives.

Additional incentives may be available based on predefined targets, audience engagement, content performance, and other applicable performance metrics. The salary structure and incentive criteria will be discussed during the selection process.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to record a short sample video using a script provided by our team. This will help assess communication skills, camera confidence, presentation style, and overall suitability for the role.
