ob Description

- Assist the Quality Manager in managing day-to-day Quality Control activities.
- Supervise QC inspectors and coordinate inspection activities.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process components and finished products.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, dimensions and tolerances.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Handle inspection reports, quality records and documentation.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor measuring instruments and ensure proper calibration.
- Support internal, customer and certification audits.
- Implement and maintain quality procedures and inspection standards.
- Train and guide QC team members on inspection methods and quality requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Quality Control / Manufacturing.
- Experience in machine shop / fabrication / heavy engineering industry preferred.




- Good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, dimensional inspection and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of quality documentation, NCR, CAPA and inspection reports.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month
- PF: Provident Fund
