We are hiring: Founding Team at Akaount (Toronto-based startup)

Akaount is a Toronto-based startup for bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services for Canadian businesses. We are building our founding team in India and you will work directly with the founder.

Open roles:

1. Sales Executive (Canada market): Confident closer. Target is 30 to 40 new Canadian clients in the first 2 months.

2. Marketing Specialist: Generate leads. Start with organic, then move to paid with a planned and targeted budget.

3. Bookkeeper / Payroll / Tax Associate: Manage 30 to 40 client files. Once we cross 50 clients, you get your own helper or assistant.

Who can apply:
- Based in Gujarat, India only. Fully remote.
- Speak Gujarati, Hindi, and very valuable English.
- Freshers to experienced, all welcome.
- You must already know how to use AI in your daily work and how to automate systems. No training will be provided.
- Must have a laptop and fast wifi.
- Ready to work 9am to 9pm Canadian time (night in India), with shift flexibility.

Pay and perks:




- Starting pay 15,000 rupees per month plus bonus, incentives, and profit sharing.
- Promotion eligibility every 6 months.
- 3 months probation with stipend pay.
- After probation or on target achievement: work phone, wifi and stationery reimbursement, weekly food and movie ordering card.
- Monday to Friday. No weekends. Spend them with family and friends.
- Hit your targets and get an international or domestic trip once a year.
- Top performers get a chance to work in Canada in the future (T and C apply). Everything provided by the company.
