Job Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and administration.
Strong expertise in creating interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations.
Experience with DAX, Power Query (M Language), and Data Modeling.
Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure Data Services, Data Warehousing, and ETL processes.
Experience in Power BI Service administration, workspace management, security, and governance.
Understanding of Row-Level Security (RLS) and report optimization techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot report performance issues and support business users.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
