Primary X is a digital growth and AI automation agency founded in 2018. We build websites, run social media, produce cinematic content and set up AI systems that help businesses get found, trusted and chosen.

Our Srinagar media and production unit works with established Kashmir businesses, including hotels, interior studios, retail and hospitality brands, handling everything from strategy and shoots to editing, publishing and monthly reporting. We are now opening a dedicated division for hospitals and clinics.

Qualification:
You are comfortable on your feet. Meetings across Srinagar, hotel visits, long shoot days on location, sometimes evenings.

You notice things. A client who sounds unsure, a deadline slipping, a detail on set that looks wrong. You flag it early instead of hoping it sorts itself out.

You keep things organised. Notes from every meeting, everything logged the same day, nothing left in your head.

You represent Primary X well. How you dress, speak and carry yourself in front of a client is part of the work.

Positive to have

Urdu and Kashmiri.

Experience in client servicing, hospitality, events or an agency.

Interest in content, film or branding.
