Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with more than 3 years of relevant experience in the interior design, home décor, or interiors industry to drive B2B sales, acquire clients, and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial segments.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and hospitality brands.
• Manage lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Identify market trends and develop strategies to grow the client base.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to fulfil client requirements.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.

Requirements




• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the interior design, home décor, or interiors industry is mandatory.
• Robust B2B sales, networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to acquire clients and manage long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic productivity software.
• Interest in art, craftsmanship, and customised décor solutions.
• Willingness to work and travel for client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred.
