About the role
Home Locator helps Bangalore home buyers find the right property with top developers. As a Telecaller, you’re the first voice a buyer hears from us. You’ll talk to interested buyers, understand what they’re looking for, and book site visits for our sales team.

What you’ll do
• Call buyers who have shown interest in our projects (inbound and outbound)
• Understand their needs: budget, location, BHK, timeline
• Share the right project details clearly and honestly
• Book site visits and hand qualified leads to the sales team
• Follow up with leads who aren’t ready yet
• Update every call, note and follow-up in the CRM
• Meet daily calling and site-visit targets

You’ll do well here if you




• Speak clearly and confidently, and listen well
• Can handle “not interested” without losing energy
• Are organised and never miss a follow-up
• Know basic computers and Excel

Good to have
• Experience in telecalling, telesales or real estate
• Kannada, Hindi and English

Freshers are welcome if you communicate well. We’ll train you on projects, pricing and our sales process.
