The Gallagher Center of Excellence is on the lookout for Associate to join our esteemed Claims team. As an associate – Claims Reporting, the associate will be responsible for learning and gaining proficiency in assigned processes, successfully completing required certifications, and delivering high-quality operational support. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration within the Shared Services team. Accountability & Flexibility:- Take responsibility for actions and outcomes while adapting to changing circumstances to meet organizational needs effectively About you Qualifications: Minimum Required Degree: Graduate Preferred Degree: Any bachelors degree Certificate(s)/Special Training: Customer Service – Need to have/ Insurance Domain knowledge – Good to have Experience (Career Level Guide): 1 yr of experience in Insurance will be good to have Valuable Academic record (50% or above) Knowledge, Skills and Ability Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Good Comprehension skills Basic knowledge of computers
